• Must make appointment with the same makeup artist and purchase this offer within the specified period to enjoy discount.
• Retouch discount can be purchased only within 3 years from the date of first touchup finished if handled by Famous Celebrity Semi-Permanent Makeup Artist or 2 years from the date of first touchup finished if handled by other Makeup Artist.
• Retouch will be handled by same grade of semi-permanent makeup artist as regular item with same eyebrow design.
• Retouch price is according to company computer system record and subject to change in the future.
• Must be used within 30 days after purchase, otherwise the discount will be considered forfeit.
